We consider that SRM Youth Watch has a legitimate interest in collecting and processing your information. SRM Youth Watch is an educational, nonprofit, nonpartisan organization that produces lectures, publications, and multimedia materials on the ethical challenges, science, governance and stakeholders perspectives of solar radiation modification (SRM) technologies. SRM Youth Watch is committed to catalysing learning and raising awareness on the need for young people globally to build their capacity to engage in governance discussions on solar radiation modification, also known as solar geoengineering. This provides our lawful basis to use your personal information, within the limitations set forth herein.

The Website is published in the European Union and is subject to laws of the European Union. If you are located in a country outside the EU and voluntarily submit personal information to us, you thereby consent to the general use of such information as provided in this Privacy Policy and to the transfer of that information to, and/or storage of that information in, the EU. SRM Youth Watch shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages resulting from use of information collected from visitors to the Websites.
